Q: Why is consultation provided?

A: Consultation is provided to help strengthen local community primary prevention work with children, youth, and families related to substance misuse and abuse. Our goal is to help build capacity within local communities to help ensure long-term sustainability of evidence-based services.

Q: Do I have to have funding from the Office of Behavioral Health to get consultation?

A: You do not have to be an OBH grantee in order to receive consultation services for substance misuse and abuse prevention.

Q: I’m interested in learning more about what you have to offer. Whom should I contact?

A: A Technical Assistance and Training Consultant is located in your region and can help answer your questions. Please refer to the Colorado Regions page to locate your region and then email the consultant that is based in near your community.
